Growly Ads Dashboard · Growly Limited · Last updated 21 October 2026
Growly Ads Dashboard (“the dashboard”) is an internal tool of Growly Limited. Its team uses it to run and measure ad campaigns for the company's own mobile apps. Only team members an administrator has added can sign in. This policy explains what data the dashboard gets from Google, how it is used, stored and shared, and how to have it removed.
Data the dashboard gets from Google
Google sign-in
When you sign in with Google (permissions: openid, email, profile), the dashboard receives your name, email address and Google account ID. It uses them only to check that your email belongs to a team member an administrator added, to keep you signed in, and to show who made each change in the dashboard's log.
Google Ads
An administrator can connect the company's Google Ads accounts (permission: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords). The dashboard then reads those accounts' campaigns, ad groups, ads and assets, their settings, performance reports and Google's policy reviews, to show them to the team. It changes them only when a team member asks for a change in the dashboard, or through a rule a team member set up: creating or copying campaigns, ad groups and ads, changing budgets, bids, locations, status and texts, and uploading the team's ad videos to YouTube through Google Ads (unlisted, on the channel Google Ads uses for the account).
AdMob
An administrator can connect the company's AdMob account (permission: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/admob.readonly, read-only). The dashboard reads the earnings of the company's apps to show their profit.
How the data is used
- Only to provide the dashboard's features to the Growly Limited team, as described above.
- Not for advertising, not to build profiles of anyone, and not sold.
- Not used to develop, improve or train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
- No one reads it except team members using the dashboard for their work, or when needed for security, to fix a problem, or to comply with the law.
Growly Ads Dashboard's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and security
- The dashboard runs on a server operated for Growly Limited. Everything between your browser, the dashboard and Google travels encrypted (HTTPS).
- The Google access the administrators connect is stored on that server only, readable by the dashboard alone, and is never shown in the browser.
- Reports from Google are kept for minutes to a few hours, to avoid asking Google again. The changes the dashboard makes are recorded in its log, with who made them.
Sharing
Data from Google is not shared with anyone outside Growly Limited, except the company that hosts the server (only to run it), and where the law requires it.
Keeping and removing data
- Your name and email are kept while you're a team member; an administrator removes them by removing you on the dashboard.
- An administrator can disconnect Google Ads or AdMob in the dashboard at any time, which deletes the stored access. You can also remove the dashboard's access to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Cached reports expire by themselves within hours.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with its date. For questions, or to have your data removed: nguyennt@growly.life.
